    – A circuit style class every Thursday, starts at 7am
  • Boxing:
    – 6:45am Monday and 6:30pm Thursday and 9am Saturday

– A fun cardio based workout.

  • Walking / Running Group
    – 8am every Monday – walk from the Fusion Centre

– 8am every Saturday – walk from Namatjira Park

  • Women’s Core Class:
    – 9.30am every Monday. Build your strength with this fun workout class.

Classes are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Please contact office for rates. Casual and monthly passes available.
