Fusion Youth Housing has been supporting young people who are experiencing and episode of homelessness or at risk or experiencing homelessness since the late 1970s.

The Crisis Youth Refuge in Moorabbin is a purpose built building that opened in 2003 and can accommodate 8 young people for an average stay of 6 weeks. It also has an overnight bed.

Housing Support Worker works with young people who are in living in the community either in Transitional Houses and etc.

Fusion’s approach to working with homeless young people is based around casework that helps young people identify goals. We then work with them to address barriers to them reaching goals, to build living skills, to obtain and maintain housing.

If you are experiencing homelessness you can call 1800 825 955 to speak directly to a housing and support worker.

To be referred into one of our programs you need to be assessed by an IAP worker at an Entry Point. The entry points that can refer directly to us are:

  • Launch Housing Cheltenham
  • Launch Housing St Kilda
  • St Kilda Crisis Centre
  • Frontyard Youth Services
